Please email the staff below if you are interested in helping in a bigger way by being a guest, sponsoring the convention or helping on one of our open staff spots! We can’t do this without you!

Staff & Volunteer Meeting –

4-5 pm followed by Staff meeting at 5-6p

to learn more about volunteering at Hypericon 14!

We’ll discuss the basic requirements, open staff positions, options to volunteer, benefits of volunteering and who is who among our staff. The floor will be open for Q&A as well.

We will have additional volunteer meetings in April, May & June. If you cannot attend one of these sessions and still want to volunteer, email our staff for options for training.
