Hypericon will return July 5-7 2019. We plan to welcome 750+ fans in Summer 2019 for OUR Summer con tradition. We are the most experienced convention team in middle Tennessee, offering our Dealers and Exhibitors a refreshing professional relationship. Whether you already know the “geek market” or you’re new to conventions, we think you’ll love participating in the diverse and exciting fandom, by way of the dealer room!
For only $130, reserve a 6ft table in the room. Corner options are available in an “L” shape two-table setup for $260. If more space is your speed, grab a 1st floor dealer room for $30 plus room rate of $109 for Friday & Saturday nights. All spaces include 1 (one) badge or 2 (two) for multiple tables and corners. Need more badges? Go ahead and pick up a discounted ticket for vendors $30 each (code will be in acceptance email.)

You can add power or internet connectivity to your space. Please submit all requests in your application and every attempt will be made to accomodate.

As you can see by the sponsors listed on this site, we’re forming some amazing sponsor relationships to help brands and organizations reach the fandom community. Sometimes, that involves a presence onsite in a custom location, such as swag in gift bags, gaming room visibility or the Consuite. Feel free to contact us to arrange something exciting for your needs.
Some notes on room details:
All dealers and exhibitors must sign a copy of the agreement during setup at Hypericon. We will not be able to allow the conduct of business without these signed copies. Please be sure to review the agreement here prior to booking your space. You’ll be provided a printed copy, but this handy PDF will give you a look at the real thing in advance. We strive to maintain sensible and fair policies for our exhibit space, and we’re here to clarify any terms or answer any questions which may arise.
