Share your idea(s) with us for the next amazing panel, workshop, interactive or special event. If we select your event for inclusion in the convention, you’ll be in the spotlight, sharing your passions with your fellow fans – you may even qualify for a free badge to attend Hypericon!

Did you know most unique programming at conventions is invented by the fans? If you’ve ever had an idea for an amazing event inside a convention like ours, now is the time to share it with us so we can give you the room, stage, and crowd you need to share your ideas!

We’ll Cover Your Badge.

If you volunteer 8+ hours of volunteer time/hosting/programming time then you will earn a comped weekend pass. If you’re selected to present four or more total hours of programming or events we will discount your convention membership! Our programming staff will work with you on the details. The first step is to apply now!
